Samba lietotāji

Must prepare before:  Samba failu serveris

Lietotāja izveide

Pirms kāds lietotājs kļūst par samba lietotāju, tas jāpievieno arī kā Linux sistēmas lietotājs, izmantojot komandu "useradd" vai arī System — Administration — Users and Groups. Toties parole sambas lietotājam drīkst nesakrist ar atbilstošā Linux lietotāja paroli.

  1. Samba lietotāju student samba serverī izveido ar komandu:

    smbpasswd -a student
    New SMB password:Student007
    Retype new SMB password:Student007

Lietotāja paroles maiņa

  1. SAMBA lietotāja paroli tekošajā resursdatorā izmaina ar komandu:

    smbpasswd -U student
    Old SMB password:Student007
    New SMB password:Student008
    Retype new SMB password:Student008

  2. SAMBA lietotāja paroli citā  resursdatorā (piemēram domēna kontrolierī) izmaina ar komandu, piemēram:

    smbpasswd -r domaincontroller.test.com -U student.student
    Old SMB password:Student007
    New SMB password:Student008
    Retype new SMB password:Student008
